Who's reading your store

I ran a consumer brand for fourteen years. It took all fourteen of those years to get it from four million dollars to ten. Then, in the next three, it went from ten to thirty. Fourteen years to add six million. Three years to add twenty. The whole business tripled. Same company. Same product. Same me.

The research

What this is built on

Every number in your ARC Snapshot comes with its source. Here are twelve of them, so you can see where they come from before you start.

  • About 70%

of online carts get left without paying. That's the average of 50 studies, 70.22%.

    Baymard Institute, 2025

  • Nearly 41%

of email revenue comes from automated flows, from just 5.3% of the emails sent, across more than 183,000 Klaviyo customers.

    Klaviyo, 2026

  • 40%

of shoppers who left a cart, leaving out the ones who were just browsing, said extra costs like shipping, tax and fees were the reason. It's the top reason on Baymard's list.

    Baymard Institute, 2025

  • $6.77

is what an abandoned-cart email brings in, on average, for each person it reaches, across more than 110,000 Klaviyo customers.

    Klaviyo, 2026

  • 5%

is how much just having Shop Pay there can lift the end of checkout.

    Shopify's own numbers, 2023

  • 270%

more likely to be bought: a product with five reviews, against one with none.

    Spiegel Research Center, 2017

  • 2.66%

of visits to an online store end in an order. That's the average across more than 400 brands, so most people who come to look leave without paying.

Dynamic Yield, reported by Shopify, 2026

  • 1 to 2 seconds

is how fast the best-converting store pages load. For every extra second a page takes, the conversion rate drops by about 0.3%.

    Portent, 2022

  • 45.2%

of text-message revenue comes from automated texts, from just 7.6% of the texts sent, across more than 183,000 Klaviyo customers.

    Klaviyo, 2026

  • $2.65

is what the average welcome email brings in for each person it reaches.

    Klaviyo, 2025

  • $9.14

is what a back-in-stock email brought in for each one sent in 2025, more than a welcome email or a left-cart email, across more than 27,000 brands.

    Omnisend, 2026

  • About 3%

of the people who see a sign-up pop-up leaving an email is the least Klaviyo tells stores to aim for.

How it works

Three steps, and you don't have to install anything

  1. Put in your store

Just the web address, and roughly how many orders you get in a month. There's no login and nothing to install.

  2. Find your 10 levers

We go through your store the way a customer does and check the ten things a buyer meets on the way to paying. You'll see which are on, which are basic and which are built all the way out.

  3. See what each is worth

For each one that isn't on yet, you'll see what it's usually worth for a store your size, a month and a year, with the source next to every number. Then your first moves, with the steps.

Questions

Questions people ask

Is it free?

Yes. The read is free, and you see your Ten and your first move right on this page. Put your email in and we'll send you the rest of your plan, with the PDF.

Do you need access to my store?

No. It reads what any visitor can see: your catalogue, your pages on a phone, and the apps that load. There's no login and nothing to install.

What if I'm not on Shopify?

This page only knows how to read Shopify on its own. If your store runs on something else, put your details in and I'll go through it myself.

How accurate is it?

It says something is on only when it can see it. When it can't be sure from outside, it says Check this instead of guessing. Every number has its source next to it, and it's a range, not a promise.

Do you switch these on for me?

You don't need us to. The steps are yours to keep. What ThriveWorks360 does is help owners of physical product brands bring in more from the customers and products they already have, then put a plan behind it so the business grows the way you want it to.

What happens after?

Your plan comes to your inbox: your Ten, your first moves with the steps, and what they're usually worth a month and a year. If you want to talk it through, book the Revenue Map Call. It's 30 minutes with me and it's free. I'll show you which one I'd do first, and what's behind the store that the website can't show.
