See if we're a fit · The 60-Day Revenue Sprint

This is for owners who are done pushing for the same number.

We work with a small number of product brands at a time, because Nathan reads every store himself. This short application tells us if we can actually help, and gives you a straight answer either way.

About three minutes. No pressure, no pitch.

Nathan reviews every application himself.
Sound familiar?

You've probably tried a few things already.

More ads. An agency. A new product. A deeper discount for the holidays. Maybe a marketing hire who needed more of your time than the last one. The store keeps selling, and the number stays about the same. The business is selling. It just doesn't grow unless you're the one pushing.

  • We're working harder every year for about the same number.
  • Every month starts back at zero.
  • Our customers love the product. So why don't they come back more?
  • I know there's more in this business. I just don't know where to look first.

That isn't on you. The order was.

ThriveWorks360 works with product brands doing $1M to $30M a year who are ready to go back for the money they already earned: the people who almost bought, the second item nobody offered, the customer who never came back, a price that fell behind your costs, and money a store kept off your invoice.

Not a course you study. Not more ads. Our team builds it with you, inside your own store, in the right order.

Who this is for

Be honest with yourself for sixty seconds.

We'd rather tell you now than waste your time on a call. If most of the left side sounds like you, keep going.

This is for you if...

  • You make and sell a physical product, and a real share of it sells on your own website.
  • You're doing at least $1M a year, or getting close.
  • You've tried more ads, an agency or a new product, and the number barely moved.
  • You can make a decision inside a week.
  • You'd rather the business pay for its next stage than your own pocket.

It's probably not a fit if...

  • You sell a service, software or food.
  • You're under about $250,000 a year, or still finding out if the product sells.
  • You just want someone to run more ads.
  • Nearly everything sells on Amazon, and you want to keep it that way.
  • You're not willing to share read-only access to your numbers.
A Revenue Map in practice

This is what you leave the call with.

An illustrative example of a product brand, so you can see the shape of it. It is not a client result, and your numbers will be different.

On your call, Nathan maps your store with your own numbers. Your biggest place and your first move may be different.

How the call works

The Revenue Map Call. Your store, your numbers, thirty minutes.

Free, on video, with Nathan. Not a junior rep, and not a script.

01

Look

Nathan looks at your store from the outside before you talk. On the call, you look at your numbers together.

02

Size it

Which of the five places holds the most of your money, and what 15% to 20% more is for you, in dollars.

03

Choose

The first move you'd make. If the Revenue Sprint is a fit, Nathan explains how it works and what it costs. You can say no, and you keep everything from the call.

What to have handy

Last year's website salesA rough number is fine.
Your top three productsThe ones that pay the bills.
Your email and text toolKlaviyo, Attentive, whatever you use.
Thirty quiet minutesSomewhere you can see your screen.

Sell to stores and dealers too? Bring that as well. We look at your big accounts, not only the website.

What happens next

No black boxes. No hard pitch.

1

You answer a few questions

About three minutes. Your brand, your sales, and what's in the way right now. A rough number is fine.

2

You pick a time, and Nathan reads your store

He looks at your store from the outside before you talk, so the call is about your numbers, not a sales script.

3

You get a clear next step

If the Revenue Sprint is a fit, it'll be obvious to both of us. If it isn't, Nathan will tell you, and point you to the best free place to start.

Straight answers

Before you apply.

Does the call cost anything?

No. The Revenue Map Call is free, and you don't have to buy anything.

Will you pitch me?

We'll look at your store and your numbers first. If the Revenue Sprint is a fit, Nathan will explain how it works and what it costs. You can say no, and you keep everything from the call.

Who's on the call?

Nathan. He ran a consumer brand that went from $10M to $30M a year in three years, and he reads every store himself before the call.

What should I have handy?

A rough number for last year's website sales, your top three products, and the name of the email and text tool you use. Estimates are fine. Block thirty minutes.

Most of our sales are on Amazon or in stores. Should I still apply?

If a real share sells on your own website, yes. That's where you own the customer, and it's where the guarantee is measured. If almost everything is on Amazon and you want to keep it that way, we're probably not the right fit, and we'll tell you.

What if we're not a fit?

Then you'll hear that straight, along with the best free place to start for where you are. Under about $250,000 a year, your number is usually the better first step, and it's free.

Ready to find out if there's a fit?

Start your application.

About three minutes. No pressure, no pitch, just a straight answer on whether we can help.

From a founder who took a brand from $10M to $30M a year in three years.

Do you own a brand that makes and sells a physical product?

Things that don't spoil and don't get eaten.

What's your full name?

First and last name.

Where should we send the details?

You'll get a text with the video link and a reminder before we talk.

How did you come to own it?

About how much did the whole business sell last year?

Every channel together. A rough number is fine.

About how much of that sold through your own website?

Not Amazon, not stores. Your own site.

If we're a fit, how do you want to work?

Two quick ones, in your own words.

Optional, but they make the call twice as useful.

To be straight with you, start with your number first.

Under $250,000 a year, the twenty questions will usually show you more than a call will. They're free, take about six minutes, and show you where to look first.

Last step. Pick a time for your Revenue Map Call.
